This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you in joining, buying, bidding, selling and all other activities you will make with Airsoft Master. By using or shopping from this Web site or to our walk-in store, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to your end. Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement and you should carefully review the same before you use our site.

All Airsoft guns sold come standard with blaze orange tips. Airsoft guns shown without blaze orange tips are for display and cosmetic purposes only. Removing the blaze orange tip is illegal and will void all warranties. By purchasing airsoft product from us, the buyer warrants that he/she is 18 year of age or older and is legally able to purchase any item we are selling and has read and uderstand all of the warranties, warnings and liabilities of the products offered by Airsoft Master and do not hold Airsoft Master or any of its stores, members, employees and agents responsible for any claims and/or damages suffered as a cosequence of or legal actions arising from purchase and/or use of such products and services.
- Buyer certifies that they are of legal age (18 or older) as defined by law.
- Buyer certifies that they are the owner of any credit card used to pay for items and services provided by Airsoft Master
- Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from Airsoft Master.
- Buyer assumes full, 100%, responsibility and liability from using products purchased from AirsoftMaster.com.
- All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Buyer agrees not to alter, modify or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft replica.
- Airsoft guns in store and on website without bright orange tip are entirely for display and showcase purposes only.
- Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the state or federal law.
- Buyer agrees to never openly display or expose airsoft replica in a public or exposed to public view.
- Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all spectators and bystanders have proper eye protection before operating an Airsoft replica.
- Buyer will hold AirsoftMaster.com, its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
- Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
- Buyer agrees that all transactions done on with Airsoft Master are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.
- Airsoft Master products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of these products other than airsoft is not recommended.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The information we collect are used to fulfill your request and provide service related to our business and fulfillment of your request. Your personal information is safe with us. We will never spam, sell, rent or share your personal information with a 3rd party, especially your email addresses and phone numbers, without your express permission, unless required by law.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
When you are entering sensitive information on AirsoftMasetr.com or any other webpage, look for the website's URL in the address bar to see if the site uses SSL. It should show "https" before the website address instead of "http" or just blank (https = SSL secured, http or blank = not secured). SSL is a protocol that provides an encrypted tunnel between your computer and the website you're currently on. This prevents third parties from interfering with the information traveling through the tunnel. You can test our site by clicking on sign in and checkout the "https" before the url.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Yes we do. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
- All SALES ARE FINAL on all products purchased from Airsoft Master.
- Airsoft guns purchased from us not covered by manufacturer's warranty comes with a 14 day limitted warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered.
- Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective / damaged products only, as determined by our airsoft technicians or authorized representatives.
- All Airsoft guns require the use of high grade 0.20g or heavier BBs. Use of any lower grade or lower weight BBs will void your warranty and cause extensive damage to your gun.
- We do not offer cool down periods or trial orders. Please research all products before making a purchase, as all sales are final.
- Some manufactures may offer an extended warranty on their products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to contact the manufacturer to receive any extended warranty.
- Warranty on internal upgrade / replacement parts is void when item(s) are installed. AirsoftMaster.com will not be responsible for compatibility between various manufactures. Many Airsoft parts require modification to fit and is part of the hobby.
- Warranty is void when the product is abused, altered, skirmished, disassembled in any way, not in original packaging, showing any alteration or removal of the orange tip, or is past the 14 day warranty period.
- Modifying, altering, or removing the orange tip on Airsoft replicas will void all warranties and could violate state or federal laws.
- Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than Airsoft Master are excluded from coverage. This includes removal or alteration of the orange safety tip.
- Tactical gear, internal, and external upgrade parts are not covered under any warranty.
- Batteries and chargers that are packaged with electric rifles are considered for testing purposes only and not covered under warranty. We recommend the use of high quality batteries and smart chargers only.
- Low end plastic Chinese Airsoft guns under $60, shoes, and batteries are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage on Chinese made items.
- There are no additional warranties beyond what is specified.
- Warranty policies are subject to change without notice.
All repairs and upgrades completed by Arisfot Master carry a limited 14 day warranty to ensure the correct operation of the product sent for service. The warranty does not guarantee the operation of guns with a spring rating higher than M120 or equivalent, or any gun shooting over 400 FPS with a 0.20 gram BB. The warranty does not cover Lithium Polymer (Li-Poly) battery usage, or the usage of any other power source with an output greater than 9.6 volts, on an electric gun that is not rated for such use by its original manufacturer. The warranty does not cover any airsoft product, gun or otherwise, that uses higher pressured gas than liquid propane (Green Gas, 115 PSI). The usage of any BB less than 0.20 grams or of a lesser quality, in any airsoft product, will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover products that are not sold by Airsoft Master.
- In stock orders will ship within 1-5 business days regardless of shipping method.
- Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as it is available. Sometimes the estimated availability date will be moved as it is really hard to forecast overseas shipment turnaround time and customs releasing the products.
- You may experience a longer processing time for orders placed over the weekend or during the holiday season.
- If there are any backorder or pre order items, your order may ship in separate packages and when available.
- In the event an order was partial shipped, the remaining portion will be shipped via UPS Ground or standard USPS mail.
- Once order is placed, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount.
- It is the customer's responsibility to confirm orders with; Next Day Air shipping, 2nd Day Air shipping, Mismatched addresses(Billing different from Shipping), Invalid phone number provided, or Credit Card holder mismatch(Name on Card different from name of Recipient), before the items ship. Please do so by calling Airsoft Master at 714-523-1323, and have your name and order ID number ready. You might need to fill in a an credit card charge authorization form for some orders with large amount.
- Orders with "free shipping" will ship USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any shipping carrier we decide to use.
- Order with "Flat Rate Shipping" will ship the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any shipping carrier we decide to use. We usually choose the cheapest way to ship.
- Low Value Packages may be shipped via USPS depending on package content & Delivery address (PO Box, Military Address, ect.).
- Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes & shipping charges.
- UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping.
- Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. FEDEX does not deliver on weekends & holidays.
- Airsoft Laws and Customs policy differs from country to country. We recommend that our international customers contact their local Law Enforcement and Customs Agency for information about Laws and Regulations, restrictions, and fees when owning and importing an airsoft gun or its accessories.
- The recipient will be the import of record and must comply with laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import tax, customs duties, and other fess by the destination country. Import tax, customs duties, and other fees is the responsibility of the recipient.
- AirsoftMaster.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import tax, holds or seizures of international orders resulting from local regulations. We expect the recipient to be fully aware of their country’s import policy and have all the requirements to import airsoft guns, parts and accessories prior to purchasing from us.
- Our responsibility ends once the order has shipped and tracking number is issued.
- We recommend using PayPal for payment of all international orders.
- No warranty returns, refunds or exchange for products shipped outside the United States. The sale is final once a tracking number is issued.
- AirsoftMaster.com reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping, taxes and brokerage fees resulting from unauthorized returns or return to sender.
- Delivery dates for international orders are not guaranteed. In average will take 2-5 days or more to ship out due to different requirements from destination country.
- Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Batteries cannot be shipped outside the USA.

- All orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays.
- Request to cancel or modify will only be accepted for orders in Pending status. Orders that already shipped cannot be cancelled
- Special order items cannot be cancelled even if on pending status.
- To request cancellation on a shipped order, you will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and both way shipping cost. In additional, the items must be in brand new condition.
- Please review your order carefully before clicking "confirm order" to save you the hassle and help us keep our operation cost low.
- Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us immediately. We can assist you in completing a damage claim with the freight company.
- Returns are not available unless Airsoft Master has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances. To request a return please fill out and submit our Return Request Form.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return. Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Airsoft Master.
- Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization or the RMA number clearly written on the package will not be processed and may be refused.
- All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.
- Custom guns and special ordered products are not returnable/refundable at all, absolutely no exceptions.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered, absolutely no exceptions.
