Product was advertised to come with cap and it did not and to date, no correction by the seller

Great design, so easy
Its a well thought-out, and well-made, piece. Simply clicks in place, between the current stock, and the OE endcap. You just add it in, in a few seconds. You lose a little collapsible space, but it still gets plenty short.
